Problem importing Inbox

I'm trying to export my inbox from Outlook 97 and
import it into Outlook 2000. I got the export file
out fine as a .pst file. When trying to import the file,
I get the
message: "properties for this information service must
be defined prior to use". I then tried exporting it
as a Comma delim. file (Windows). The error message
for this was that I didn't have the import/export engines
installed. Do I need to download these? If so, where
can I find them? I don't have the Office 2000 disk.
