Problem: Help requested

Hi All

I have a problem I was hoping someone ould provide a solution to. What I
am looking for is a method to arrive at my goal. I know there must be an
easier way than the ways I have failed at already

I am trying to determine the playing difficulty of the holes on a golf
course.

I will do this by taking a list of names that have handicap factors
associated with them.

I need to pick out the 0-8 handicap range and the 20-28 handicap range from
this list.

I was hoping to transfer these groups to another sheet within the workbook.

I then will be tracking the scores for each player for each hole (9 holes
only).

Once I have 200 scores, I will be averaging the scores of each hole and
determining the difficulty. This part I can do, but any suggestions would
be appreciated.

TIA to anyone who can help me with this. I would like to mention that I am
not doing this for profit, I am volunteering to a non-profit community golf
course.

You can do this with an Advanced Filter. There are instructions here for
extracting data to another worksheet:

In your criteria area, set up two columns for Handicap (use the same
heading as in your main table).

To extract the 0-8 players:
Handicap Handicap

=0 <=8

To extract the 20-28 players:
Handicap Handicap
