Problem Getting Here Since Upgrading to OL 2003

I just upgraded to Office 2003 with OL & BCM. After installing I drug "News"
from the Customize Dialog Box in OL 2003 and placed it on the Toolbar. I
used it a few times to get to the ng's and then it disappeared from the
Toolbar. I looked everywhere I could to find it but it was gone.

Then I remembered Outlook Express which I hadn't used in about three years
and wondered if I could use that to get to the ng's. I opened it up and
everything was there. I used OE to get here just now. But here's the rub.
"News" is back on the OL 2003 Toolbar and I first tried to use it to get
here nstead of OE. However, now if I click on "News" a page opens with a
bunch of Icons (nothing else).

Here is what I saw in the Addess Bar when I tried to get here using OL 2003.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
