I intentionally changed the Internet Explorer initial
address from MSN to my cable ISP home page (Cox) and the
MS Spyware Beta insists this is spyware and it reports a
change in the registry also. Allowing the Spyware to
remove the "Spyware" also returms my initial address to
MSN. Does anyone have a fix?
I have been runnung this application in WinXP Pro for
a couple of weeks and like it except for this one
problem.

Make the change in tools, advanced tools, browser hijack restore settings.
Yes, this is awkward to say the least. I suspect this will change in a
future beta version.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I cannot find that path
in my SP Pro. My IE Tools does not contain either of the
two continuations mentioned below. Cox suggests an even
more awkward possible solution: remove MS Antispyware,
make the intended change, then reinstall MS Antispyware.
Have not tried that as yet. Richard
