problem /feature to add

when using select files and folder to scan and double
clicking the squarebox with the plus, files/folder get
duplicate or more.

select files and folder to scan doesn't work at all, for
instance when unchecking a folder and then scanning i've
notice that the uncheck folder was still being scanned by
Microsoft Antispyware.

I would also like Microsoft to add exlusion features as
another alternative for select files and folder to scan.
Eztrust Pestpatrol v2005 has a exlusion features
