Problem exporting form to text file

When I export a form to text format I am losing data in certain fields. The
reports looks fine on-line and when you print. Anyone know why certain
fields would have data cropped?

Presumably it's to do with fonts, character widths, and the like which
are lost in converting to text. Almost certainly you'll need to make
major changes to the layout of the form to make this work, making it
ugly or unusable on screen.

Normally it would make more sense to create a report laid out the way
you need and print that to a text file. If you install the Windows
Generic/Text Only printer driver, design the report using only 12 pt
Courier text, and make certain that all vertical dimensions are exact
multiples of 0.125 inch it will probably print the way it looks on
screen.

The strange thing is it worked fine until changing to 2003 recently. It
seems like we may have to make a parallel form just for exporting as we need
to print the existing form and it can't be reformatted. Or just create a
query that does the same grouping and summation as the form and output
directly.

I am having the exact same problem. It looks great on the screen, but when I
convert it to an .rtf document, some of the text is missing. This was not a
problem with this report in Access 2000, only in 2003. Any other suggestions
besides the one already posted here?
