Ok, so i know all about how you're supposed to be able to
delete passports using the user account part of control
panel, but it doesn't work on my home computer (on my one
at work it works fine).

When i select the email address and click on Delete,
NOTHING happens. No confirmation box, no error message,
nothing.

So how can i delete the email addresses??

Please help!

Greetings Ashley,

Are you using the Dutch version of Windows XP? If you are, what you're seeing is a bug
within the Dutch version and as such, the 'Delete' button will do nothing and you will not be
able to remove these using that method.

As such, you'll need to remove all the passports by simply removing your Credentials file
(all your saved Passports will be removed). To do so, click Start, then Run, type:
%appdata%\microsoft\Credentials
and then click OK.
Then in the folder that appears you'll see another folder with a very long name, right click
this folder, choose Delete, then confirm the operation. You'll then need to reboot to see
the change.

Hi Igor,

I honestly do not know; there was not a separate Dutch beta program that I'm aware of and the
Dutch version has yet to be released.
