Problem deleting an unwanted site

I acquired a computer with furniture purchased with our
home, however there is an unsavoury - to me - site on the
desktop I am trying to remove permanently.

I right click on the icon and delete. Then I go to the
recycle and delete it from there. It disappears for a
while but KEEPS RE APPEARING.

HOW TO DELETE IT FROM MY SYSTEM PERMANENTLY PLEASE.

YOUR HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

I would start with Spybot S&D then HijackThis. Start with this
