Problem copying from web into Word 2002

Something strange has happened. When I copy from a word
page from word and try to copy it into word I do not get
wysiwyg for hyper links I get the html for the hyperlink
or pictures. I do not remember doing anything to deserve
this and it is driving me crazy. Maybe someone was using
my computer and changed some of the settings

I get

{HYPERLINK "http://www.thefamilycorner.com/family/kids/cra

No neat hyperlink button


I've wasted hours on this.
 
Maybe try Tools > Options > View tab. Under the Show section is "Field
codes" turned on? If so try turning it off.
