problem connecting to service provider

Everytime recently I attempt to log on with my service
provider I get the following message appear " RUNTIME
ERROR HAS OCCURED DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG " Line :386 ERROR:
Object expected. Two screens later I get STEP INTO REMOTE
CALL, Process [1800} c:\program files\INTERNET EXPLORER
\iexplorer.exe. Next screen - choose screen you wish to
debug. With a box (ticked) SCRIPT. Then I eventually get
to my error OAS_RICH (pos) ;
 
**Although the name of this newsgroup is 'Queries',
it is actually referring to the Access Database Query Object.**
