Ok here's what's happening, I just have Dial-up and when
I connect it says I'm connected and everyting, but I
can't access any thing online. I have alredy tried tech
support from my internet provider. and they said they
have never encountered a problem like this, and said they
couldn't fix it.
Does anyone have any Idea's?
I thought mabey reinstaling the TCP/IP protocal might fix
it, but it wouldn't let me unistall it!
So any help would be verry appreciated.

Here is a link that will guide you to the proper support.
I suggest that you take a moment and reflect on your
attitude. If you call Microsoft in anger and start berating
everyone you come in contact with, all you will do is make
them nervous and inhibit their troubleshooting, and make
them prone to try some quick fix just to placate you and
could end up making matters worse. There is no harm in
stating that you are frustrated, but you will be much better
off if you approach this whole issue with an open mind.
It is possible that your problems stem from your own
hardware or some third-party program or virus or spyware
or who knows what and not from Microsoft's product.
Also be aware that you will be talking to an underpaid tech
who may have already spent over eight hours on the phone
dealing with one issue after another and the last thing they
will be receptive to is someone yelling at them. And be
prepared to wait on hold for up to an hour just waiting
to talk to a technician, as all of the worm activity on the
Internet has swamped all phone support at this time. That
means if you are going to call on a Cell phone, make sure
it has the capacity to last for a good 3 hours. If your cell
phone dies during troubleshooting and you get disconnected,
it is possible that the tech will call you back, but not guaranteed.
He or she would have to get a manager's approval to do so
and with the heavy call volumes, that may not be possible.

Or you could try posting your specific issue to this newsgroup
and see if anyone here can help you.
