Drunkalot

I connected 2 computer via a crossover cable, instaled the service to share
files and printers, configured a net printer and some folder to share...

the problem is that when I try to connect from t2 to t1, I receive the
message that the server is not configured... But from t1 to t2 I can
connect, access the folders..

how can I configure that server?? I tought that I only have to install the
files and printer share protocol and it will work...

We'll need more info.

What operating system(s)?
What protocols are being used?
If IP, what IP and what subnet mask?
How are you connecting?

Check the event logs for the exact error message, then do a lookup on MS's
knowledge base. I could not find anything related to "server is not
configured." Are you sure about this error message? It sounds unusual to
me.
You might also check the Help menu and look up "peer to peer networking."

Also to add, possibly disable the Power save options. If it falls asleep,
it may not be reconnecting.
