I have windows 2000 pro. I am trying to create access to
the internet via dial up. It all goes well till I try to
give it a name and it gives me an error saying you can't
use periods, spaces, etc. at the beginning of name.
However I dont put a period or space at the beinngin in
fact I have even tried letting it use the default name
that windows assigns it and still get the saem error. I
belive something is corrupted. How do I remove that
service and reinstall it? Or is there something else that
will fix this problem.
Thank for the help,
Mike
