I am having a terrible time trying to figure out how to combine mutipl
rows of data into a single row. It seems as though there would be
simple solution but have been completely stumped.

The data resides on avg in three to 5 rows on either side of the "main
row Im trying to create. None of the data resides in the sam
columns.

Obviously this could be done manually but have about 500 "groups" o
data with about 200 columns. I Would like to create a macro to ease th
pain.

I know that this a very confusing description of my problem and hav
created a simple xls example that is attached.

ANY assistance would be appreciated

Hi
one way to make it a little bit easier:
- select all your blocks of data (highlight them)
- click F5 and click 'special'
- choose 'Blank cells'
- now right-click with your mosue somethere in your selection
- choose 'Delete Cells' from the context menu and select 'Shift to top'
