I have 2 pst files open in Outlook 2003. Actually, I should really only have
one open as I closed the other one several days ago, but it is mysteriously
back. So I am trying to close it again, but I keep getting an error msg when
I try to close it -- "The operation failed. An object could not be found."
Note: I did try to uninstall and reinstall Outlook - no help. In fact, it
would seem that the Outlook related registry entries remained intact as all
of my settings seem just as they did before I uninstalled. And, yes, I
rebooted in between
Is there some way that I can get Outlook to stop attaching to this 2nd pst
(its not the one that mail is delivered to)? Maybe there is a registry entry
I could remove or modify, or some other trick.
Please copy suggestions to (e-mail address removed).
Thanks,
Steve
