Problem .....any one can help me???

i got a problem about my pc.....

when i click "my computer" ...and it will appear a box below..

then the window will close...

it will occur every time when i click in the c:/ hard disk ....

anyone got idea how i can solve this problem....

i cant open the file in my c:/ hard disk now....

for information..my pc now running normal jz only tis problem i faced..

Try booting windows into Safe mode.
Do you have the same problems then?
You may have an issue with your C:

Go to Start>Run and type 'diskmgmt.msc'
This will load the Disk Management Console.
From here you can schedule a Full scan of all of your drives by:
1] Right-click on the drive letter.
2] Select 'Proprties'
3] Select the 'Tools' Tab
4] Under 'Error checking', select 'Check Now'
5] Stick a tick in BOTH of the two boxes, then hit OK.
6] It will advise you for the C: that this will be scheduled for the next boot. This is fine.

Follow the above for all of your Drive Letters.

Reboot and see if the problem has been resolved?
If not, please answer these questions:
1] What seemed to have 'changed'? ie, new application installed? Virus activity cleaned up? Windows update installed? Power-cut/Accidental shut-down?
2] Have you made any changes to the local file system of C:\Windows? Accidental deletion/move action?
3] Have you manually adjusted/removed any Registry entries?
4] Try creating another User Profile - Does the issue occur there too?
5] What Anti-virus/Anti-Spyware Software do you have installed?
6] Can you run Explorer any other way? IE - Windows Key + E, or Right Click on 'Start' and select 'Explore'

i try above method but it no work...
but ur question remind me ...
i had download a lot video from web yesterday...
n the file i save in the C:/....maybe the MTV got error...
After i delete it , now seem solve already.....
