problem after upgrade

Hi,
I had Windows 98 on my computer, upgraded to XP pro. I
use a palm pilot for work, but now when I try to
reinstall the palm desktop I get Error 1606 Could not
access network location "::\Documents and
Settings\giani513\SendTo".
After hitting Retry several dozen times, I am forced to
hit cancel at which point I get the same error message
with an "ok" under it. I hit it again, then I
get "Internal Error 2707. INSTALLDIR".

I have looked at the KB answer but I don't have the
registry key ...User Shell Folders/ Common Administrative
Tools.

Please Help!

Do a Google for "palm desktop error 1606". There are a lot of links
which I believe will help you.
