Problem after installing Windows Defender

Hi all,

after the automatic install (from AntySpyWare to Defender) the following
error message appears:

Application failed to initialize: 0x80010534. Zuordnungen von Kontonamen und
Sicherheitskennungen wurden nicht durchgeführt.

System is Windows 2000, 5.00.2195, Service Pack 4,
Language is German.

More Info: The "Service" Defender is running, the error message is shown
wenn i try to open the Program
