Problem adding trusted site.

I am trying to add a site to the trusted zone but it says
the site already exists in another zone and to delete it
from there. I have looked at all the zones and it is
not showing up in them. What else can I do?

Sometimes it's easy to search the registry for that Domain name. Look under
this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains]

One of the sub-keys contain the entry which you're after. Click Start/Run
and type REGEDIT

You may have previously entered the abbreviated form of that site's domain, and that may be the reason for this.
E.G. Having a current entry for *.mysite.com would prevent another entry www.mysite.com.
