You didn't say which version of Outlook - if Outlook 2002 then you need to get a program called 'TweakOL' that will give you access to the Outlook security settings in the registry and allow you to easily change them. This will do the trick. If you cannot get it - come back to me with your e-mail address and I'll place it on our web site for an hour and give you an address to run it from - as you'll be unable to download it (because the Outlook security settings will stop you !!!
