Probelm Reports and Solutions- IE7 update?

The message below is what I get when I open up

"Problem Reports and Solutions". Vista is not listed

as an option at the download site.

It means that your Error was Fixed in a Newer Build of Windows Vista.

Read the Recommendation/Solution again, Kevin.
Read it slowly. I guarantee you, some will infer
that means to click the link and go get the updated
version of IE7. They will not see Vista as a listed
operating system but will download it anyway.

Why does "Problem Reports and Solutions" in
Vista direct the user to install it?
