Probably OT -- Convert CD to .iso, how?

Subject line says it all. I want to copy a CD as an .iso for
upload/transfer. I've got Nero Express, if that has any bearing on it.

Can't find any info on the web site, but after reading the "read-me"
file inside the zipped download, this proggy is for Win2000, NT, & XP.
Not for Win9x versions or ME.

EASY ISO creator creates a ISO from files and folders.EASY ISO CREATOR runs
under windows 95 till XP.
