Hi,
I go to Control Panel->User Accounts and then click the Change security
settings. As far as I understand, in Vista beta2 UAC is on by default and
that is what the group policy and my usage indicate because it prompts for
permission whenever I do certain actions. But the checkbox for the "Use UAC
to protect your computer" would be unchecked if you take a look. Also if I
change the settings and then click "ok", it seems to persist the settings
even if I don't choose restart and press cancel in the prompt dialog. I
would prefer a "restart later" instead of cancel if settings were to
persist.
Thanks,
Vipin
