Finnally, Microsoft found!!! It's a new bug on
Windows !!!!!
So they send me a new Hot Fix, and now everythig working
fine.
the number of the hot fix it's 827825 but they don't have
an article on web site.
If you have this prob, this hot fix number can help you !

Hope they work for you - they did not do it in my case,
although the issue seemed to start right about the time of
the install of the Blaster patch. I have no intention of
uninstalling the patch though... I will keep looking for
other solutions and if I find another one, I'll post it
here too.

registry key. This one:

I use Windows 2000 Terminal Server, SP3 with Citrix
Metaframe XPa SP2 FR2, Internet Explorer 6, Media
Player
9, (The server is Up to date but I can not Install SP4
now !!!!)
