Prob installing FP2003 Beta over FP2000

I've been unable to upgrade FP2000 to FP2003 Beta,
getting the fol error msg about mid-way through the
install:

Error 1335: The cabinet file 'F2492021.cab' required for
this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This
could indicate a network error, an error reading from the
CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

Although "Ignore" was an option, I thought that would
result in a bad install, and so clicked "Cancel," rolling
the process back to the original FP2000 configuration.

Is my only option now to request a replacement FP2003
Beta CD from MS? I'm operating under XP Pro and have had
no probs with my CD-ROM drive.
