no need to uninstall. but any reason for you to not uninstall it ?
Time would be a good reason, in my book. It takes up some space, which
might be another reason to uninstall, but only marginally a reason.
Otherwise, very few of the components are not used by Visual Studio and
installed in the same place, as they are the same components.
In fact, if the Visual Studio version is standard, the bits installed are
like installing Visual C# Express, Visual Basic Express and VWD Express.
Pro adds even more.
The entire install is modular.
My suggestion is don't uninstall, as you are not saving much and you are
wasting a lot of time.
