I need the ability to print my weekly calendar with each
appointment color coded to a specific member of my
family. I have color code the appts by Category but can
not use Automatic Formating in the Day/Week/Month view.

I have Outlook 98. Does anyone know if I'm missing some
way to solve this or can you use Automatic Formating in
the D/W/M view in the later versions of Outlook? I've
been thinking about upgrading and this issue may make my
decision for me.

Outlook 2002 (Office XP) will let you color code calendar items natively. I
have never tried printing them, however. This will be the default for
Outlook going into the future (color coding appointments.)
