private messages

I sent myself a private message. The only difference was the addition
of the "Sensitivity:Private" header. Obviously this is just a header
and how the e-mail client handles it depends on the e-mail client.
According to Outlook 2002's own help:

"Marking a message Private prevents the message from being modified
after you send it."

Wouldn't replying to the message require that you can modify it? It's
unclear from the help if you are not allowed to modify the message as
stored by itself within Outlook information store (i.e., you cannot use
Edit when viewing the message within its own window) or if it means you
cannot alter it even when a copy of it is used in another message, like
for a reply.

Are all these endusers using the *same* version of Outlook? What
versions are they using? Of course, you don't even mention why some of
your endusers cannot reply to a private message, like telling us the
error message, if the recipient gets anything or maybe it's a blank
message, or it doesn't include the private message in the reply on only
contains the new text added in the sender's reply. "Cannot reply" tells
us nothing of what actually happens. Telling the car shop just "it's
broke" ain't going to get it fixed.
