private account issue. Please!!!!! Some genious help me....

OK here is the deal.

I dont know if I got the worm or what the heck happened
but my computer would not start up. so I popped in disc
1 of 9 of my handy dandy HP recovery discs and did a
system restore. It didnt delete any of my accounts so I
was happy but it didnt restore the accounts either. so
I re setup all my accounts. all worked but one, my
private account. so I try to access those files and it
says access denied.can anyone help me get into my files.
I know the password that got into that account. I didnt
save or export any keys or anything. this is crazy. Is
there any program that will let me put in my password and
access my folder. its in the documents and settings
folder if that helps.

if all else fails try the old method (dont know if it
works on the newer versions ...worked on 95) at the
command prompt type (n): del *.pwl where (n) is the name
of your hard drive that the system is on. WARNING:this
WILL delete any and all passwords on the dive. you will
have to reset them later
