hour ago, my Internet Explorer had something strange on the home webpage.
which it is as the following:

ur PC keeps records of all your online and offline activity. Anywebsites u
view, emails u send, and everything else u or some one else have ever done on
ur computer can be found out.
they gave me my IP Address.
my ISP.
My Location.
Wut i'm Internet provider i'm using.
my system detailes.
my computer content, andit provided me with a link to my C drive.
it gave me and @ the end of all this, it say, " the end of investigation"
and it told me tha ti have to buy a product called " Evidence Emulator"
plz help me with this matter

It's a scam. IP address is always public anyway. ISP, and geographical
location can be gained from a simple Whois lookup on your IP address and
cross referenced against various geo databases to find your location (only
as near as the town/city you live in, if your ISP has provided that info in
their geo data).

The system details and link to your C drive are all done within your
browser. It's not information that is publicly accessible, it uses some
script and controls to push that data into your browser but only you can see
it.

The whole point of this scam is to sell Evidence Eliminator. You'll likely
find that you buy it, run it, and find it makes absolutely no difference -
EE simply removes temporary internet files, cookies, and some registry
entries.

thank u a lot Dan, ur information was pretty good, and i fixed the problem by
installing SpySweeper, and i got the program they told me to buy, and as u
said, it did nothing to the system, and after all, thank u again
