How do I set up my Outlook email to send a message to multiple recipients but
not have the addresses of everyone show? I have created a distribution list
but it seems that when I send a message to the group, the addresses show up.
Any ideas?

Thanks for any help you can give :)

You need to use Bcc line of the address. Bcc stands for Blind carbon
copy and no one will see anybody's address but the messages will still
go unless the ISP of the destination is configured to treat all Bcc as
SPAM. Try sending a test message to yourself using free email accounts
like hotmail, yahoo etc and let us know if this worked.
