Privacy/Restricted Sites

I get a notification of a privacy report and restricted
sites on the taskbar of the home page using I.E. 6
Does antone know how to activate these notifications and
or delete them?
 
Dick,
Privacy (icon) would indicate that an entry in the Privacy | Edit | "Sites"
list is set to "Always Block"

Restricted (icon) would indicate that site is listed in the Security |
"Restricted Zone"
