Prior Year Records

I use Calendar in Outlook 2000 for all planning purposes, and need to keep the entries
as a record. But when i go to prior years - like 2003 - I find Calendar entries have all gone an
all I have is dates. Ditto for archived calendar. I'm sure all this stuff hasn't just disappeared -
at least, I hope it hasn't - but where can I find it
Can anyone help on this please?
 
Nothing should have disappeared unless you manually deleted it or it was
AutoArchived...but you say the Calendar folder in the Archive file is empty?
First, check the view settings on both folders to make sure you don't have
any filters set that might hide older items. Next, check the AutoArchive
settings for the main Calendar folder and see if (a) AA is enabled for that
folder, (b) how old the items must be before they're archived, and (c) what
file the archived items are supposed to be sent to.
