Fred

I am printing to a network printer. No one else has this
problem. I have checked every setting I can think of,
they all say 1 copy. Every time I print I get exactly 2
uncollated copies.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Does it print 2 copies from every program or just one?
If it prints 2 copies regardless of the program you are
using, check the following setting:

Click [Start]
Settings
Printers
Right-click on the printer
Click Printing Preferences
Click the [Advanced...] button
Check the "Copy Count" under the Paper/Output section
If it displays 2, click the down arrow to change it to 1
Click [OK]

Austin, thank you.

Yes, it prints 2 copies from every program.

The setting you refer to, and every other setting I can
find, says 1. It prints 2--uncollated.

Any thoughts?

Reinstall the software drivers on the problem PC.
Check the printer manufacturer's web site for new drivers.

If that does not work...
Delete the printer from the Printers folder:
[Start]
Settings
Printers
Right-click on the printer
Click Delete
Click [Yes]

Add the printer again:
Double-click "Add Printer"
Click [Next]
Select "Network Printer"
Click [Next]
The rest of installation depends on your setup.
Follow the prompts.
