Printout action not available?

Don Moore

I have used this action in past edtions of Access but it isn't listed as a
valid action in the drop down. I read on the help that it is a valid action
so how do I enable it?

"previous?" "?current?"

(I'm using the PrintOut command in Access 2007 without issue.)

Don,

You need to click the 'Show All Actions' button on the Macro Design ribbon.
 
Got it. Thanks. This version is so much different I'm having trouble
adjusting to it.
