what do you need to change so that when you are printing
from IE the right side the page is not cliped. Is there
a "fit to page" setting that I am missing someware?

there is usually is a button within the page that says
printable version
 
When you have set your View/Text Size to the smallest font you only are left
with the options to print in landscape.
