I want to print my documents in black not color. I have
not been able to find the screen that gives me that
choice.
I was told to go to "file" then select the choice.
I am not sure how to access "file" I went to the control
panel and did find "file" but when I clicked it on the
tab did not have the choice of color. This has been
driving me crazy. Please help.
I have Windows XP.

Charlotte;
I am sure there is an easier way, but this works. Try this: Double
click My Computer/click Change a setting/double click Printers and
faxes/right click your Printer/Properties/click Printing Preferences
button/click Advanced/check: Pint in Grayscale/click Apply/click OK.
Or from within whatever applications click File/Print/click Properties
button/Advanced/check: Print in Grayscale/click Apply/click OK.
Hope this helps.
Let us know,
Wes
