printing

I upgraded to xp home edition and my printer (compaq
ij300) is now out of alignment. It prints 3 lines for
each character. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3
times to no avail. Any suggestions?

Have you check your printer manual for instructions on how to run an
alignment cycle?
