Printing

I installed a Focus Route Finder, but every time I want to print the result
of a search to the route, which should include printing both the map and the
detailed route, when I click on the Pinter icon on the toolbar or the Print
under File I get a notice stating that the programme has to shut down and a
report can be sent to Microsoft.

By not I have sent at least dozen reports to Microsoft, but nothing happens.

Is this a problem created by the software of the Route Finder or something
else, in which case what?
 
If you have no difficulties printing anything else, then yes the problem
is likely Route Finder programing at fault.
