That is not the question, the question is"a form" to a printer

Although I was thinking almost the same as you

I am curious for the answer, there will be someone who can answer that I

Well guys its Monday morning and my mind just isn't working !! there was a
similar post sometime back and I was just 'hoping' I would get a link here
rather than google !!

I did not say, that, I just tried to make clear to Jay, that you not was
looking for a printing solution.
I don't know the solution either, althoug I think you can better make a new
thread than connect this question to this thread.
I am almost sure Herfried has a link for things like that 11:00 GMT normaly
when the newserver is up than.

Who suggested he was looking for a print solution?
I merely suggested he paste the question - word for word - into Google and
check the results.
That or add a bit more info so we could give examples, advice etc.
