Printing

Header of &T with Footer of Page &P doesn't print the
page name (or Title) on the printed page.

It does print the page number but the 1st page has a
black page number and all subsequent pages page numbers
are read. I'd prefer all black and 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.
Also, the Header and Footer info doesn't appear in the
Print Preview.

Finally, when I switch to LandScape lines of code are cut
in half. (Both on the print out and in Print Preview.
And landscape doesn't print the Footers.)

Would really, really appreciate some assistance on this.
 
This is a browser/print driver issue, not FP or Web issue.

The Web isn't a print-oriented media and as a result,
browsers aren't very good at printing.

If dumping a Web page to print doesn't meet your needs,
you'll probably need to create a PDF file on the fly and
send it to the Web visitor. Depending on your
requirements, you might be able to program this in
Crystal Reports or you might need to use a lower-level
tool. Either way, creating print images usually requires
some fancy programming.
