Hello,

I have an application that assigns the names of word documents that contain
procedures to pieces of equipment. For instance, a document titled "1000 -
Oil Change" might detail the procedures required to change the oil on an
automobile.

I would like to be able to print the word document via a click of a command
button on an Access form. I have no problem providing the full path and
document name to the code, I just don't know how to tell Access to print the
document.

I've checked Knowledge Base, but could only find references to printing with
a macro, and I would prefer to use code.

Thanks,

Todd Wilson

Byron,

That was it - I got it! I was able to use the code from the first example,
and my document is printing as required. Thank you much for your help.

Just for my education, what did you happen to search for to find this
knowledge base article? I had looked for several hours and found nothing
that was even close.

Take care,
Todd

First, I had been there before and knew it was there. I
think is just searched the Access 97 knowledge base
for "Printing Word document" and it came up as the second
option.
