Printing with Word & Works

Running on XP Pro. Students are able to print from MSWord
(Office XP), but not from MSWorks. Any ideas?
 
What happens when they try?

What version of Works? The wordprocessor component of the current
version of Works suite, at least, IS MSWord.

Was this setup upgraded to WinXP or newly installed?

What printer?

What resolution is the printer set for? See KB 145750, which applied to
Win95, but ...

I don't know Works -- if you select a printer other than the Windows
default printer, does it remember that setting? In other words, are you
trying to print to a printer that is no longer installed?

And last, but not least, try asking your question in

Need more information - please refer to link three in my signature to learn
how to post to newsgroups properly and effectively. Please define "not fom
MS Works". Do you receive an error message?
