Printing Weekly Calendar View in MO 2003

I am working on our 2006 "Appointment" book. I add in the lectionary's for
each Sunday. I add these as All Day Events so they print right at the top. Is
there a way that I can get the text to wrap as it is not all printing on the
line (visibly anyway -- words cut off) or a way to not have them list in
alphabetical order?
 
Only if you use a word template instead of outlook's print options.
