Printing webpages and Email

Sometimes our DELL computer fails to respond to a print
command for webpages and Email. It is then necessary to
turn off the computer and start over. Then it MAY print
or may not. When it fails to print it also fails to
perform a copy and paste function. However it will
follow a print command from a word processing document.
We think the computer is kicking in to MSN Explorer that
was preinstalled instead of the Internet Explorer we use
with ATT Worldnet. Could this be happening? What advice
do you have?

I am having sort of the same problem with a computer on
our companys network. A DELL (I really don't think it has
anything to do with the name brand) running Windows 2000
will not print from IE6 or Outlook Express but will print
from any other program. I have checked permissions for
the user, and all of them are fine. The weird part is
that it will print when logged in as Administrator. Why
can't this user print? I even changed the group that the
user was in to administrators and it still did not work.
I have seen several KB articles about this problem but had
no luck in getting it to work for this user.

Thanks,

Neil Guilbeaux
