printing web pages

I am using Windows XP professional and IE 6.0 with a
canon multipass C560 printer. When I print a web page
only part of it prints out. I think this has something to
do with the option to "print as laid out on screen", but
I am unable to select this option when I go to print
because it is greyed out and the "all frames
individually" is automatically selected. Even when I go
to print preview I can see the whole page, but usually
only the header prints. Why is this happening?
