OK. Is there any way to configure IE to only print a
selected area....and moreover.....a print
preview.....with only one or two keystrokes. I have used
Snagit, ect, but since deploying a web based radiology
image sharing system....I find myself faced with
purchasing 300+ versions. When I use print screen in IE,
the image is ofter warped or prints of multiple blank
pages......I would like to use the print screen to print
only the page....no headers or footers

Print a selected area instead of the entire page:
- Use the mouse to highlight the area you want to print.
- Click File | Print
- Under Page Range, click the Selection option
- Click [Print]

Add Print Preview to the toolbar:
- Right-click the Toolbar
- Click Customize...
- Under Available toolbar buttons, click Print Preview
- Click [Add >]
- Use the [Move Up] or [Move Down] button to place it where you want
- Click [Close]

Print Preview with 3 keystrokes:
- Hold down [Alt] and press [F] then press [V]

Remove Headers and Footers:
- Click File | Page Setup
- Remove the Header
- Remove the Footer
- Click [OK]
