This is a browser setting; it has nothing to do with Word. If you're using
Internet Explorer, ask in an IE NG.
FWIW, in File | Page Setup in my copy of IE the header and footer text is
&w&bPage &p of &P and &u&b&d respectively. If you click on the ? button,
then on the header or footer field, you get a popup with a listing of all
the codes.
