Is it possible to get Access (2000-2003) to cause a PDF
form to print with information from an Access form?

I'm trying to automatically print new-hire documents,
including an IRS "W-4" and "I-9" form. Want to pre-print
the name, address, maybe ssn, etc. onto these forms.

OR, can these forms be SCANNED into a file that Access
can turn into it's own INTERNAL form. Then I could handle
it as any other form.

Any ideas would be appreciated !

It is possible to enter information in an Adobe form, but it is expensive
(you need to own Adobe Forms) and difficult to automate it. OTOH, it is easy
to scan in forms and save them as bitmaps or or graphic formats, then
overlay text boxes and print them as reports. I have several applications
for the insurance and Audiology industries, where I've done just that.

There are several PDF printer "drivers" around. When one "prints" to one of
them, a PDF is created. Do an search for
pdf printer download
to see what meets your needs.
