Hello,
I have two users who cannot print specific users calendars in outlook 2002 on an exchange server.
They are able to print some users calendars, but not others. However they are able to view everyones calendars. When trying to print the 'offending' calendars they get a dialog box appear which says:
"unable to open the free/busy information"
I have logged onto the user(s) computers whose calendars they are trying to print.I have then gone to:
start>Run and typed outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
Outlook then opens, however when the other user trys to print the calendar they get the same message:
"unable to open the free/busy information"
I was just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and if so how to resolve it?
Should i instead need to be entering the complete path ie:
start>Run c:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
or
should i need to be going to the properties of each of the users (the user i'm printing from & the user i'm printing to) and under the delegates tab add the new calendar and select the permissions?
Regards,
John
